Our Mission
F/262 – International Photography Festival and its social initiative F/SOS – Stories of Solidarity share one mission:
To use photography as a catalyst for empathy, education, and positive change.
We believe that images have the power to shape perception, amplify diverse voices, and inspire collective action.
Our mission is to connect artists, audiences, and communities through exhibitions, educational programs, and social engagement projects that explore the intersections between art, society, and environment.
Through this approach, F/262 fosters creative excellence and dialogue, while F/SOS extends that vision into real-world impact — empowering photographers and organizations to collaborate on projects that promote inclusion, sustainability, and solidarity.
Together, they form a unified cultural and social movement dedicated to reimagining the role of visual storytelling in building a more conscious and connected world.
