F/262 – Stories of Solidarity Award
O F/262 – Stories of Solidarity Award (F/SoS Award) is the social impact centerpiece of the F/262 Photography Festival.
It celebrates photography with purpose — projects that go beyond aesthetics to create connection, empathy, and change.
Launched as part of the festival’s F/SoS (Stories of Solidarity) initiative, the award reflects our belief that photography can be both art and action. It recognizes artists who use the medium to shed light on urgent social and environmental issues, amplify marginalized voices, and create bridges between communities.
Why It Matters
We believe that the act of making an image can also be an act of care. That a camera can be a bridge between people, not a wall.
The F/SoS Award honors photographers and visual storytellers who embody this principle, using their practice to highlight resilience, inclusion, justice, and solidarity.
